    Overall, it was a nice trip. walked through the front doors on check in. Walked through the same front doors one more time on check out. We stayed in the resort the whole time we were there. We were more than happy with our accommodation. The beach is a short walk down a hill but it's an easy walk and the scenery was incredible and beautiful. Positives: The hotel was very good the room size was decent for 2 adults and a 3.5 year old. Food options were not bad either. We are picky eaters BUT we did find the variety of food and the themed nights were very good and we enjoyed the food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The snack/all-inclusive food was good as well. Pool was amazing, drinks were good, even though we are not big alcohol drinkers. Arcade was much fun! Definitely go in there and get your tickets but do not go early in your holidays. You will easily get sucked into spending and spending. Negatives: Our Tui was nowhere to be seen. I'll be honest we didn't need to speak to anyone BUT it would have been nice if a Tui rep walked around the hotel, so we knew who they were. Apparently, the rep/s were just always at their desk in reception. A lot of time the soft drink machines in the food hall/lounge were not working so you had to go hunting for one that did which is not ideal. I will say the juice machines always had warm juice in it rather than being cold, so you have no choice but to put ice in your juice drinks. The two main issues we had with the hotel are: 1. There are no air-con units'/ceiling fans in the communal areas ie food lounge, all-inclusive bar, reception area where a nice bar is. No air con in the arcade or sports bar. 2. We had ants in our bathroom, and we know this is not something that can be helped BUT we had to address it a couple of times to have extra cleans and also had the cleaning team leave a bottle spray so we can spray the areas down.
