The hotel was fantastic. The location right next to the park,the beach front and the pool area surrounded by greenery, the food was really good, you can get a bit tired of buffet eating every day but the food itself was really good so worth eating in and then going to the old town for a drink or ice cream. The hotel was also very clean, spotless. Housekeeping was good but the weakest aspect of the hotel. The gym was good too, which is rare as hotels with gyms just have a few scattered weights and a treadmill and call that a gym. This was really good. I didn't use all the other facilities but lots of additional services were available. It was quite expensive but absolutely worth it. We have nothing to fault about the hotel.

Lovely hotel in a very beautiful location. Highly recommend! Very child friendly. Easy to escape the resort area and explore the natural beauty of the forest park and coastline nearby. The hotel pool and the beach were amazing 😍

See comments on food/dining. The only other comment would be that the sun lounger availability was limited - and worsened by the fact that non hotel residents were routinely using the pool and facilities.

Very nice hotel. Staff mainly really friendly although sometimes there was a lack of friendliness and helpfulness from some of the staff in the restaurant. We went half board (as B&B wasn't an option on our package.) Breakfast buffet very nice. Dinner nice but buffet not really our cup of tea - on holiday it is nice to be waited on and to stay at the table with your family. At buffets everyone is up and down. There were often big queues too at dinner time. It was a little annoying that you had waiter service for drinks but that was hit and miss and there was no water or glasses available which meant waiting and chasing for drinks most times. Also a little uncomfortable with having to add on tips every dinner time for someone bringing you a drink when you had helped yourself to the actual dinner! Hotel cleanliness was spot on although a couple of times the coffee and drinks tray in our room wasn't replenished / cleaned which was frustrating at the end of the night when you wanted a hot drink before bed and there is no milk for a cup of tea, just coffee creamer. Pools were lovely - indoor and outdoor. Poolside and beachside cafes often ran out of food early in the afternoon which was frustrating and as someone who is gluten intolerant, there were often just sandwiches left which wasn't appropriate. Main entrance back into the hotel from the beach / grounds was also a little odd as it goes under a concrete stairwell that people have clearly headbutted as it is low and now has big black and yellow warning stripes on! Overall, hotel and position of hotel and grounds very nice.
