Where do I start,I had the worst holiday ever and felt really let down by TUI as I feel that you sent us to bad hotel ,the hotel we should have gone to in Puerto Rico looked so much better than ours and more accessible than ours ,the food was awful ,we had a cockroach in our room which made me feel anxious for the rest of the holiday I couldn't rest at all I was on edge all week .I would never go back to that hotel again for a future holiday there was only 18 guests when we arrived,when we left there was 4 that doesn't give a great review of the hotel does it .You couldn't fault the staff and the cleanliness and the views were lovely , although they gave us the wrong room they said they didn't but I know they did .The manager upgraded us but made a comment about it after he didn't like it that I made a complaint.

Elendig sofa som enden falt av ved normal bruk. Ble avkrevd 500 euro i erstatning. Burde vært en reklamasjon mot levrandøren .Ikke nok skap plass til å rydde ut av koffertene. Dører som var vanskelig å lukke/åpne.. Ikke noe kjøkken utstyr. Ikke kaffetrakter. Ikke kniv og gaffel. Ikke kokemuligheter.

Very basic, clean but quite lacking in modern touches essential nowadays. No USB charging points, no tea/coffee/ milk supplied. Buffet meals, good breakfast but the only time we tried evening meal, very poor food selection. Nice pool area, weather couldn't be helped but whole place was dangerously slippery when wet, particularly hazardous as walking either up or down steep slope leaving the hotel. Not really suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

We stayed there just 6 months ago and loved it, that's why we went back, it was awful this time.

Hotel was perfect lovely views of the sea was amazing loved this hotel staff were so friendly 🤗 Only thing I could fault was the shower which started off hot then went cold
