    “Schöner Urlaub”

    Bei Ankunft alles Gut, Hotel sehr gut Transfer zum Strand und in die Stadt sehr gut ab 9.00Uhr alle 15min. Essen Unterkunft Persona alles sehr gut. Supermarkt 300m entfernt. Hat 7 Tage von 9-21.00Uhr offen. Hotel kann man Weiter empfehlen.

    The accommodation is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately our experience fell well short of what we would expect from a 4-star property. On arrival, the reception area was dark, gloomy and far from welcoming. Our room was extremely dated, with obvious signs of damage and general wear and tear. We opted for the all-inclusive package, but the choice was extremely limited. There were very few options available before 6pm, and even after that, certain drinks came at an additional cost, which was disappointing for an all-inclusive package. The food was probably the biggest let-down. Both breakfast and dinner offered very limited choice and, in our opinion, the quality was extremely poor. On several occasions, we ended up eating food we didn't particularly want simply because there was very little else available. Unfortunately, the service didn't improve our experience either. The majority of the staff we encountered appeared unhappy and were often unhelpful. The complimentary shuttle bus was another frustration. Although it was advertised as a scheduled service, we once waited 30 mins past schedule to be told it's not coming. Most disappointing of all is that this was supposed to be a romantic trip away for my partner and me, and I had planned to propose during our stay. Instead, the atmosphere and overall experience felt more like we'd moved into a care home than were staying at a 4-star hotel. We appreciate that not every hotel can be perfect, but the overall standard here simply did not match the 4-star rating or what we expected from the price we paid. Unfortunately, this is not somewhere we would choose to stay again.

    Hotellet och platsen väldigt bra. Endast skulle jag önska att det var lättare att göra sig förstådd med engelska, personal och inhämsk lokalbona förstod väldigt lite engelska.
