Very disappointed with the accommodation. I think if it was based in in the UK I think it would be closed down. I am surprised TUI are sharing there name and image with this hotel. We were happy with TUI apart from the accommodation and the way in which your company failed miserably to help us move to another hotel and effectively abandoned us even though I informed TUI about my age and medical condition. We have chose to take our next holiday with another company as our Skiathos trip was clouded by the poor standard of the accommodation.

We were placed in a bungalow as expected but not made aware that there were 140 steps to climb every time we returned to our room

Lovely, friendly & helpful staff. A good choice of food for breakfast & plenty to eat. We was in the main hotel building, 1st floor, sea facing room & large balcony. Our room was clean, a standard size with basically fitted furniture with bedding & towels changed frequently. Good pool area good & clean.
