The bungalow was large but that was the only good thing I can say about it. It was up the side of the mountain & we were told we’d be at the bottom, in the front ones but we were high up. The furniture was sparse & out of date. No shower curtain over the bath shower so everything got soaked. No shelf or cupboards in bathroom so all our toiletries were on the floor. The furniture was falling apart. The curtains didn’t meet in the middle so very early sun streaming through. No water for over 36 hours. Health & safety hazard & we weren’t even offered bottled water. We had to carry a dozen large bottles up 66 stairs. Non existent entertainment. Breakfast was a mish mash but nothing substantial. The waitresses were excellent at the pool bar. The pool area was kept clean & tidy. Overall, we were very disappointed.

Very poor miss sold not clean healthy and safety issues throughout asked to to move rooms told no rooms and they are all the same . Soiled mattress ants in bed sheets freshly put on my husband had 50 bites on him we stripped bed last morning found very badly soiled mattress it makes me feel sick . You would not have let a dog sleep in that bed . Burnt out hair dryer . Thick dust under bed with old tablet and tissues etc . The floor was fully of sand and the room smelt badly of body odour . We had to by cleaning products air freshener . The pool area had algae in it uneven flooring old wooden cover for drains not marked as a hazard . Food very poor looking at the standard of room I dread to think what the kitchen would have been like . This hotel Us not a four star . It should not be open at all very surprised it’s on this books . My full complaint has just been ignored I tried to register it on app but it would not let me submit . If this motel was in U.K. it would be shut down ! My full complaint has been sent to the ceo as customer service just said sorry it won’t happen again but would not refund or compensate under there guidelines . He would not let me the guidelines no empathy at all . I lost my dad it was coming up to a year of that and wanted to get away enjoy it but that was not possible . Please see my letter to the ceo. I’m disgusted with service . I want an investigation into my complaint ! Your customer service is very bad . As I mention to your ceo if I do not get a satisfactory outcome I will be taking this to ATOL

Ants everywhere, filthy, exposed pipes and sunken drains creating trip hazard in bathroom. Room left unlocked with key in the door by housekeeping while we were out for the day. Pool absolutely filthy- we wouldn’t swim in it.
