    “Vackert natur”

    Fin och vackert hotel med mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga personal. Personalen var alltid bereda att hjälpa med glad bemötande. Vi bodde i hotellet i 7 dagar och har haft en fin upplevelse. Nackdelen om området är man kan inte ta sig någonstans om man inte har bil, inga affärer, inga restauranger för utom hotellets. Hotellet har shuttlebus mot avgift både till stan Taormina och till stranden. jag tycker att det ska stå tydligt på hotel beskrivning att vill man ta sig någonstans från hotellet det kostar så att man är inställt på det.. Hotell frukosten var fantastik, ren och fin område.

Service & Hospitality: The Heart of Baia Taormina Exceptional hotels are built on exceptional people, and this is where Baia Taormina truly shines. From arrival to departure, every member of the team makes you feel genuinely welcomed. There is a warmth and sincerity here that cannot be trained; it comes naturally. Service is attentive without ever feeling intrusive, and every interaction reflects a sincere desire to create memorable experiences for guests. A few team members deserve special recognition: Stefania and the Reception Team Stefania was an absolute delight throughout our stay. No question was too much trouble, and every recommendation was delivered with enthusiasm and expertise. Thanks to her advice, we enjoyed a wonderful day exploring some of Sicily's lesser-known treasures that we would otherwise have missed. Fabio at the Lobby Bar Each evening, our stay would conclude with a nightcap at the elegant lobby bar while the talented Frederica provided live music. Fabio's friendly personality, professionalism, and impeccable service elevated these moments into one of our favourite daily rituals. Pepe and the Pool Bar Team Travelling with severe food allergies can often be challenging, particularly when dining casually. The pool bar team handled every request with impressive care and attention. Orders were prepared according to our dietary requirements without hesitation, and service was consistently warm, efficient, and remarkably attentive. Their professionalism allowed us to relax completely and enjoy our holiday without concern. Fabian, Pool Concierge & Lifeguard Fabian deserves particular praise. Upon arrival at the pool area, he personally explained all facilities and ensured our loungers and umbrella were arranged exactly to our liking. During our stay, a small wildfire occurred in the vicinity of the hotel. Fabian had already taken the necessary precautions, coordinated with the authorities, and calmly reassured guests throughout the situation. His professionalism and composure were truly commendable. Culinary Experience Breakfast at Baia Taormina perfectly reflects the hotel's philosophy: quality over excess. While the buffet is not enormous, every item is fresh, carefully prepared, and continuously replenished. Guests can enjoy freshly brewed coffee prepared to order or opt for the convenience of the coffee station. Those expecting an extensive international buffet may find the selection more modest, but travellers seeking a healthy, flavourful, and authentic Mediterranean breakfast will leave thoroughly satisfied. The pool bar offers an equally enjoyable dining experience. Whether choosing traditional Sicilian specialties or classic vacation favourites such as a club sandwich, every dish showcases fresh ingredients and thoughtful preparation. The quality is consistently impressive, and each meal feels genuinely crafted rather than simply assembled. Cocktails are expertly mixed using premium spirits, and the wine selection provides an excellent introduction to the region's rich viticultural heritage. Importantly, prices remain remarkably fair considering the setting and quality offered, comparable to many of the better restaurants in Taormina itself. The Rooms We stayed in one of the hotel's Luxury Rooms. While the accommodations do not reflect the ultra-modern design trends found in some newly built resorts, they offer something increasingly rare: character. Guests will not find minimalist interiors, backlit mirrors, or contemporary walk-in rain showers. Instead, they will discover spacious bathrooms, comfortable beds, elegant classical décor, and carefully selected artwork that reflects the cultural richness of Sicily. Most importantly, many rooms boast views that are simply breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the bay each morning quickly makes one forget any desire for contemporary design features. Housekeeping is thorough and consistent, ensuring the rooms remain immaculate throughout the stay. Final Verdict Baia Taormina is not a hotel that seeks to impress through ostentation. Its luxury lies in its spectacular natural setting, authentic Sicilian charm, outstanding hospitality, and the feeling of complete relaxation it offers its guests.     “Détente en Sicile”

    Très bel hôtel, correspond bien à la description faite en agence. Un peu éloigné de Taormina mais de ce fait au calme. Possibilité de navette via l'hôtel pour les personnes ne disposant pas de voiture. Espace piscine très agréable, où l' on ne se bat pas pour un transat.

    “Fantastisch!”

    Wat een geweldig Hotel! Wij hadden een prachtige, grote kamer met zeezicht met een fantastisch uitzicht over Sicilië, het vasteland van Italië en de baai van Taormina. Al het personeel krijgt van ons een dikke 10! Wat een gastvrijheid, betrokkenheid, wat een vriendelijke en lieve mensen. We hebben hier ook echt heerlijk gegeten. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en het diner is echt subliem. Wat een zalige gerechten en elke avond anders. De ligging is bovenop een klif. Het hotel ligt wel geïsoleerd. Er ligt een drukke weg en een treinspoor voor de deur. Je kunt niet vanuit het hotel een stukje gaan wandelen bijv. dit is veel te gevaarlijk. Je hebt echt een auto nodig of moet ander vervoer regelen. Er zijn geen winkels in de buurt. Wij hebben, via TUI, de Godfather tour gedaan, wat een aanrader is, was schitterend! Dit is ook gelijk de enige tour die TUI vanuit dit hotel organiseert. Ook hebben wij, via het hotel, een shuttle naar Taormina genomen, was prima geregeld. Hele fijne vakantie gehad.
