    On the whole we really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately my husband had an accident in the hotel lift, he put his arm in to keep the doors open and it continued to close on him! This resulted in him pulling his arm out just before they snapped shut. He was bruised and quite upset by the incident. It was reported to both the hotel staff and our TUI rep who I believe was going to make a report about it.

    I booked a week here for me and my partner, the pictures looked lovely and it seemed to tick all the boxes. Unfortunately I was not happy with the hotel and certainly wouldn’t say it was a 4* resort. Everything was just lacking, the shower leaked across the bathroom floor, my room was on the top floor and air-con was minimal which caused a huge problem during the 47 degree heatwave. On one occasion I used the toilet by the pool but it was covered in vomit. There was a 10 pound deposit for two beach towels which were very small and threadbare. The bed was very hard and caused me to have neck pain and unfortunately I developed a serious infection whilst over there for which I am receiving treatment for in hospital. The beach was lovely and I usually prefer to spend my time at the beach rather than pool however there were many jelly fish, which I know can’t be helped but also the beach bar only served soft drinks and it was quite a walk from the beach to the pool bar. I thought the food in the buffet was fabulous, sometimes repetitive but very tasty. I also tried the beach front bbq restaurant for lunch and tea but there was no bbq being served which was disappointing however the views were lovely. I read some reviews before going regarding people waking up early to reserve a sun bed which I was worried about but each day I had no problem finding one, there were plenty to go around. I feel said that I had this experience and would not return. I believe the 4* given to this hotel should certainly be lowered.

    Rooms need refurb towels for pool and bedding in rooms desperately need renewing food poor choice and quality,2 episodes of diarrhoea for my wife and I
