Very dated room, limited storage for clothes?, most of our clothes had to be kept in suitcase and hung up on coat hooks in room. Hot water was not , phoned reception several times no answer, I thought they were too busy dealing other people, to my surprise I went down there there no customers there at reception and there were 3 staff at reception??? On the morning we were leaving to travel home as we left the room, the lifts were not working, so we went back to the room to phone reception the phone did not work we tried a number of times, so I used my mobile to phone and it would ring and I got cut off each time. The only stairs were fire exit stairs which was on the outside of the building. We started to panic and we were almost ready to scale the fire exit outside,bear in mind we were on the 11th floor when after the 3rd press of the lift it worked??

On the whole the hotel was fine. The food was very disappointing. Breakfast was lacking in hot food choices and the Beans were like bullets every day and if you wanted an omelette I think someone off the street could do better,pure mush. Evening meal no better very little choice unless you wanted a salad. There was no gravy ( i am from Yorkshire) to lubricate the meats and tepid chips or potato wedges and and again the the guy on live cooking area was also doing the pot clearance in the morning. Not impressed

Just go self catering anything else waste of money

Adult only, was great, rooms cleaned every day, lovely staff
