    Recommended

    Overall the Admiral hotel was good with friendly helpful staff. The room and beds were comfortable. Some areas of the hotel are starting to look a bit worn and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom radiator was starting to rust and the carpet in the room and in some corridor areas was marked and looking shabby. The food was generally good but there were very limited vegetarian protein options. Tofu was available one night.

    Nice stylish room with sea view balcony. Comfy bed. Corridors a bit dated. 3 lifts worked well but amused residents with the 'off grid' workings. A basic trip from say floor two to restaurant could involve zipping up to other floors several times before getting to your destination. Seawater indoor pool not the smartest and was closed for 2 days. Warm 28°. Very powerful jaccusi. Outdoor pool was seawater too.

    Food was poor, either bland or over salty, catered to German market. Bathroom no extractor fan, bath did not drain well. Very badly designed as difficult to turn shower on. Lifts had minds of their own.
