Nice hotel & rooms refurbished. Not a great variety ofcevening meals if you didn't eat pork or were vegetarian. However a good variety of vegetables nicely cooked, salads often lacked labelling. Breakfast good variety & selection, juices weak more like squash.

This hotel feels very corporate. On arriving we were simply given our key card and was pointed in the direction of the lift. We weren’t asked if we needed help with luggage and as two women in our seventies we weren’t asked if quite surprised. Staff on reception apart from one lovely young lady never spoke or smiled, in fact one (a young blond lady) was quite rude when we asked a simple question about who we were supposed to pay for drinks we had just had. Water in shower was hardly above being lukewarm which we were told was due to number of people in hotel using it all at once. Breakfast was lovely, varied and plentiful but buffet dinner was like being in a canteen. No entertainment was provided despite hotel being full and brochure mentioning it. They will probably say that this was because of it not being high season, but they did manage to cater for a private event whilst we were there. Cleaning staff and waiting staff were all polite and friendly. This hotel is really not for holidaymakers. No character whatsoever. And please bear in mind we are not ones who complain about everything.

My room was a superior single where's harbour view, the bed was quite hard but everything else was fine apart from the air conditioning which wouldn't work the whole hotel had a problem. I had everything I needed in my room and a hotel in general was quite pleasant. Unfortunately there were no sunbeds available to use even around the outdoor pool, they said they weren't available until later in the season witches not good.

When we first arrived the fridge wasn't working and there was a fault on the light behind the bed and electrician fixed it that was good, then they put a new television in the room and the electrics failed again. The toilet and shower & bath were separate and it was a bit of a squeeze to get to the toilet as there was a small sink in there, the shower room also had a bath it was wrongly disigned
