Overall, lovely hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful double room with large balcony, although a bit disappointed as the sea view was obscured by tree branches. Staff are a major plus, with everyone extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Great location, quiet with low level traffic and situated only a few steps from the beach a high point. Restaurant food and service from breakfast and through the day very good. However, the one left down is the evening meal which is simply not up to the high standards set in all other aspects of the hotel. Limited choice, low quality produce, odd food combinations and underwhelming show cooking is clearly at odds with the rest of the hotel services. Management need to address these issues as a priority if they wish to attract repeat business from not only ourselves, but a number of other guests we spoke to during our stay. On a personal note, I like dress standards for dinner and the pre-booking says this is a requirement here. Having packed the appropriate attire, very disappointing to see guests in baseball caps and swimwear for dinner not challenged. Don't say there is a dress standard when clearly this is not the case. Thank you.

This was our third visit to this hotel. Standards not as good as previous visits. Our bathroom was very cramped. We had booked a frontal sea view but we had a front window and a corner balcony. We were overlooked by another building. The room was disappointing.

The Hotel Uyal is a traditional Mallorcan Hotel which has been modernised to a high standard . It’s extremely clean , including the bedrooms plus communal areas . The staff are lovely , very helpful , even though they’ve had a long hot season .
