I had a fantastic accommodation with it being a Junior suite. I was very happy.

The hotel was severely lacking in cleaning, we had thick limescale over all the fittings in the bathroom i have pictures of this, the bathroom basin surface was not washed, the floors were also not washed, sheets on our bed were not changed for 2 weeks, we had only one hand towel supplied even after asking numerous time. There was no kettle in our room it took 5 requests to rectify. The pillows on the beds were the most uncomfortable ones I have ever used, they were literal lumps of material inside a cover. All the curtains in our room were threadbare, there was no air filter in the bathroom. The water supply was totally inconsistant sometimes hot or very cold and sometimes not at all. The food was the worst I have ever had at a TUI holiday all meat, fish and chicken were cooked to cardboard. The staff were unhelpful and not very keen on English guests, bar staff were drinking when on duty, supplying drinks to other staff. The hotel needs organisation, there is no information supplied in the room, just a flimsy bit of paper given to each guest. The Rep who said she would be on site every day from 8.30am to 10.00am except Friday was never around other guests who were looking for her also never found her, most had questions about trips or problems about the accomodations.

Reception staff not very helpful

The hotel and grounds were very clean and taken care of. The air con was very good and the bottled water we received was very welcoming. One of the housekeeping staff went above and beyond for us and I am so grateful for her. She was busy cleaning and saw me struggling with the suitcase so she came and helped to carry it downstairs and then walked all the way back up to the fourth floor to continue her work as the lift was out of order due to a power cut

Female bar staff very rude, entertainment staff don't want to know you if you're English. Food combinations was strange but expected
