We had a really enjoyable stay at the Hilton Mallorca Galatzó and overall came away very impressed with the hotel. The service throughout our stay was excellent. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and helpful, and we were always made to feel welcome. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and the consistently high standard of service was one of the real highlights of our stay. The hotel itself was immaculately clean. The rooms, communal areas, restaurants and pool areas were all maintained to an exceptionally high standard, and there was a real sense that the property was very well looked after. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, with a lovely relaxed atmosphere and fantastic views. Despite being a fairly large resort, it never felt impersonal, and it was a very pleasant place to spend a week. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and would happily recommend the Hilton Mallorca Galatzó. The combination of the beautiful setting, exceptionally clean hotel and, most importantly, the excellent staff made it a very enjoyable stay

Allocated room was small and badly designed- after 2 days we were moved to an acceptable room.

During the day of departure our flight got delayed by 6 hours and there was no communication from Tui to let us know the situation of our flight or if it will be cancelled or not. Jet 2 were very present and reassuring to their customers. We will not be choosing Tui in future for our holidays.

“Sehr schöne weitläufige, abgelegene Anlage”

Sehr schöne, weitläufige Anlage. Tolle Lage, aber ein Auto wird benötigt! Manche Zimmer haben etwas Renovierungsstau, aber es gibt auch schöne. Essen am Pool, nicht lecker, am Adult Pool besser! Frühstück sehr gut! Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich. Liegen knapp. Es gibt sehr schöne Doppel-Longe Liegen aber die kosten zw. 80-100 € am Tag! Cocktails (ohne Alkohol) fand ich mit 10,50€ teuer. Gummibären 7€

“Durchwachsen”

Hotel war sauber und ordentlich Personal war sehr nett und freundlich Frühstück war lecker nicht so gut waren: ständige Beschallung im Innenhof des Hotels mit relativ lauter Fahrstuhlmusik, wo wir geschlafen haben wir haben die Abreise/den Abflug verpasst (unsere Schuld, aber auch keine Erinnerung vom Hotel bzw. erst mehr als einen Tag später) Preise für Snacks unfassbar hoch (Chipstüte 8 Euro) Preise an der Bar übertrieben (Glas Wein 11 Euro, günstigerer Wein war nicht trinkbar) kein gutes Essensangebot für spontan abends (nur überteuerte Tapas) keine Gratulation zum Geburtstag Hotel ohne Auto schwer erreichbar
