    “Wunderschönes Hotel zum Entspannen”

    Very clean and comfortable. Drinks were available and the fridge full. Towels always clean, fresh and in the room everyday. Excellent cleaning maids. We gave a generous tip on our last day to the cleaner.

    “Wunderbares Resort in Mauritius”

    Fyi mein Feedback an das Hotel; daher in englischer Sprache: Dear all, First of all thank you very much to you and your team for 12 wonderful days in your resort. What I want to mention is that your philosophy regarding the concept of your all inclusive paket is from my point of view not acceptable ad not market standard. I paid for 11 nights for two person round about 11.000 € and I really cannot understand, why at this price level all inclusive does not mean all inclusive and I have to pay e.g. for some food an extra amount. In addition, on Tuesday this week, our last evening, during our last dinner in O`Grill restauraunt, I order a starter and in addition a soup. To my surprice the waiter told me this would not be part of all inclusive because either a starter or a soup is included and I have to pay for the soup extra money. To be honest this is really not accepable to me. That I have to pay extra for very special wine is clear, but not for food and not for the quantity of food. Therefore, I kindly ask you to re-thin your concept if you wold like to welcome us as guests again. Last but nor least one other hint from my side to the hygenic rules in your restaurant. During one of our stay at Gin`ja restaurant we did non use the chopsticks. These chopsticke were lying around during the whole dinner, because we used a conventionell cutlery. After we finished the waiter ask us if he could tidy up the chopsticks - we replyed yes - and we saw that the waiter put the chopsstick to the unused one. That means other guests will get these chopsticks again with any cleaning before. Warm regards Oliver Blamberger

    “Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal”

    Super Unterkunft, wenn auch für einen Rollstuhlfahrer viel zu viele Stufen vorhanden sind. Allerdings wurden sehr viele Rampen auf unsere Anforderung hin gebaut.

    “Sehr schöne Anlage , guter Service”

    Schöne Anlage. Allerdings werde ich dort nicht mehr hinfahren. Ich möchte mich über Kinder bzw. deren Eltern die ihren Kindern keinen Einhalt gebieten, nicht ärgern. Deswegen werde ich zukünftig nur noch in Adults Only Hotels gehen
