    “Heerlijk verblijf!”

    Wij hebben een top vakantie gehad! Ruime bungalow met 2 slaapkamers. Super leuke zwembaden. Ze hebben weinig gebruik gemaakt van de kids club omdat ze elke dag wilde zwemmen door de ruime keuze aan glijbanen. Enige minpunt is handdoekje leggen vroeg in de ochtend. Verder alles top! Wij gaan niet snel 2 keer naar hetzelfde maar deze keer denken we er zeker over na!

    Positives - Hotel, rooms and grounds are kept beautiful and exceptionally clean. Pool area really good and perfect for whole family. The hotel does not feel over crowded, there is always space around the pool and all the other social spaces. kids clubs and entertainment is great and all the animation team are fantastic Negatives - Food choices are very repetitive, kids options are limited and desserts are really bad. Not the snack options I would expect from an all inclusive package, especially in terms of kids. Evening entertainment is not on par with the level of hotel and the daytime program. Main evening performance area is too small for evening guests to sit around and the evening entertainment is pretty basic and repetitive.

    Areas for improvement were around the cleaning, done every day but not to a good standard (we had ants in the room, which understand can be the case being on ground floor, but also when a number were dead on the floor made it very visible when they hadn't cleaned the floor). The other thing I would suggest the accommodation looked at was when big events on (World cup in this case, including the final) is putting it on the main entertainment screen as the sports area wasn't able to accommodate anywhere near enough people. From Tui aspect I didn't hear anything from the rep while I was there at all. I booked an excursion on the app and that was unclear where pickup was, and only noticed last minute that although I booked our hotel the sheet actually told us to meet at another nearby hotel. That in itself would be fine, but nears better comms.

    “Goed voor een weekje”

    Mooi hotel, eten prima. Fijne zwembaden, altijd bedjes. Leuke bungalows. In de omgeving niet veel, eerste winkels 10/15 min lopen. Avondentertainment kon beter.

    Hotel was lovely, all bungalows which gave a much more ex lysine feel that a high rise hotel. Good location, lots to do at the hotel, nice food & drink
