“Schöner Urlaub”

Waren schon öfter dort. Leider sind die Zimmer in die „Jahre“ gekommen und müssten renoviert werden. Der Blick der Zimmer mit Meerblick entschädigt den veralteten Zustand. Leider stört teilweise die sehr laute Musik am Pool .

Fantastic hotel, location and staff.

The reception staff at the hotel were ignorant and bordering on rude and unfriendly. On arrival at the hotel at 2pm our room wasn't ready, the staff were totally uninterested and did not appear to care, just saying, \"it'll be ready later this afternoon\". No time was said and no urgrncy was apparent on their behalf, not even a cold drink from the bar was offered, bearing in mind we were tired from our journey and the reception area was very hot. After 1.5 hrs our room was finally ready and no apology was said... During the holiday I spoke to reception a number of times, on each occasion i didn't see them smile once and appeared irritated by my presence and questions. Also, im aware rats can be present at the very best hotels in the world but we saw 2 just very near our ground floor balcony, due to our on going experience with the reception staff we did not mention this to them. Although the hotel was clean inside it desperately needs updating from the 1980s, the bar area especially is very old fashion in decor and lighting. Due to the above i wouldnt class the hotel as a 4 star establishment. Having said that, the pool area with its many beds was good. Regards

The accommodation was lovely and clean, in a very quiet area and a convenient location to stroll to the marina. The bedroom was of a good size with plenty of storage space, with lovely views of the ocean. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, and snacks we had at lunch were tasty. All in all a very enjoyable stay.
