    The Grove Resort & Water Park has some excellent qualities. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the grounds were beautifully maintained throughout our stay. The water park was enjoyable and the resort has plenty of facilities for families. However, we were disappointed by the additional charges for poolside loungers and umbrellas, which felt unreasonable given the cost of the holiday. Some of the pools also appeared unclean, particularly in the evenings, and the corridors around our accommodation felt dated and often had an unpleasant damp smell. Overall, the resort has potential and some great features, but these issues prevented it from fully meeting our expectations

    The communal areas were unclean and felt unsafe. The Pool area in particular was dirty and there was no supervision meaning the rules weren’t enforced.

    This is our second time at this hotel and its starting to show signs of ageing and the pool and the pool area were not clean at all.
