Love hotel Greenland. Food is amazing and plenty of choices. Entertainment was fantastic. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The overall vibe of the place was of being a great place to make new friends. Kids had a great time and the adults had time to relax. The rooms were basic but clean. The hotel made accommodations for my disabilities and also kept us all together. This is our third visit to this hotel and have recommended it to friends who have also now made repeat bookings

Staff were really friendly and the rooms were clean. The food lacked some variety. As a vegetarian I are a lot of salads! The desserts disappeared quickly and weren’t well replenished but on the whole the food was lovely.

From the moment we checked in everything about this resort was awful. They gave us the wrong rooms and tried to say this was how it was booked until I showed them my booking on my phone and I didn’t even get an apology. I had a damaged toilet seat, so I went to reception and informed them and she then said I will call the manger and when she come off the phone she said they would be charging me £50 for a new toilet seat even though this was not my fault. I asked to speak with the manager who was not available until the next afternoon and then he said he would get his maintenance team to investigate to see if it was my fault (unsure how would be my fault when my wife who is 9st broke a toilet seat when sitting on it) after waiting 2 days which was constantly playing on my mind he then agreed this was wear and tear as was an old already damaged seat. The attitude of the manager was shocking. The accommodation was awful. I have never slept on such a hard bed. The aircon unit in our second room didn’t function very well as unit was old. The food was barely warm at best and there was not much selection. The bar staff in the afternoon and the evening were very miserable and rude. When you ask for 2coke and 2 lemonade and get 1 Fanta (which wasn’t ordered) and 1 lemonade beggars belief as this did not happen on just 1 occasion. The only positive thing about this resort was the entertainment team who were very good, approachable and happy. I really think this resort should be rated again or even removed from TUI. This isn’t just me being miserable and negative these were the same feelings from a lot of the other guests I spoke to.
