The hotel is now quite dated . The same screws holding the bathroom unit as there were last year . The cleaner was hit and miss with what she cleaned each day . The staff were excellent as always , would do what they could to help

We had a swim up room which was lovely. All the staff were very friendly and made you feel very welcome. We will definitely be going back to the Green forest in Hisaronu, Turkey

Forest Green hotel is situated in very nice surroundings at the quieter end of town, but just a 10 minute flat walk to lots of bars and restaurants. The rooms are modern and comfortable with air conditioning. There are tea and coffee making facilities. We took our own tbags etc and bought a bottle of milk from the supermarket. our only comment about the rooms was we would have liked the doors to be soft closing as they are heavy and do slam. It can get chilly with the AC but you can request a blanket. If we went again I would take a fleecy top to sleep in. There is a safe in the room which is charged at £3 per day. The main swimming pool was never overcrowded, and there are 2 very nice children's pools. Breakfast was excellent. We didn't eat at the restaurant in the evening so can't comment. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the ghost town of Kakakoy by one of the little regular buses and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. Worth a visit. Wear decent shoes/trainers as the stones can be slippy. 10 minutes in the other directions you can catch the bus to Olu Deniz, and halfway to Olu Deniz is the cable car which is fantastic. £17pp return at the time of writing (July 2026). There is a lovely restaurant at the top overlooking the whole bay. Well worth a visit .We booked the 6 bay boat trip through one of the many agents on the main street and it was a great day out. Pick up/drop off from the hotel, 6 hours at sea, stopping at 6 bays for a swim. Nice lunch on board. Pay for your drinks. Well worth £25pp. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
