    This was advertised as at least 4 star accommodation but the room I was in contained scuffed furniture, an air-conditioning unit that didn't really cool the room, a bathroom the was in need of refurbishment and a TV that only had one English language channel. As an example of the bathroom, the pipework from the toilet cistern to the wall had broken free and was just dangling there, the shower stand had lost a couple of end caps and there were tiles which needed replacing but had just been filled with cement. Not to mention the hanger on the bathroom door had come loose at one point and reattached at a weird angle. This applies to room 224. The people I was travelling with were initially give a room that was infested with ants, how can that happen? The hotel has a policy of just allocating one bottle of water to each room, not every guest, and then asking them to refill it from various water fountains. I get the ecology but reusing water bottles from a shop is not recommended and a bit of a health risk. If they were going to do this, then YOUR hotel description should tell people to bring their own flask / bottle. I was also disappointed with the quality and range of food on offer, breakfast never varied and the evening meals were bland. My travelling group were looking forward to Greek food and quality fish dishes but the menu tended to be stodgy Central European and the fish was really overdone. Last little thing, there was only one barman, one waitress and if you wanted a drinks menu, you had to go to the bar to find the only 2 copies. All in all, this felt like a place which was cutting costs and living off its reputation. Whatever was there for it to garner 4 stars (or the TUI 4 thumbs up) is no longer present. I mean no airbeds in the pool, good grief.

    “Tolles Hotel in bester Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal”

    Das Hotel liegt super ruhig mit eigenem Strand. Das Hotel an sich ust super, leider sind die Zimmer deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und entsprechen nicht dem Standard und den Erwartungen an ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Das Essen schmeckt lecker und es wird immer etwas frisch gegrillt. Salat, Wurst und Dessert sind allerdings jeden Tag das Gleiche. Es gibt aber von allem etwas.
