disgusting. Ment to be 5star but wouldnt even give it 1 star! Bed bugs even after the \"cleared\" the room. Mould all over room it stank from the mould even after \"cleaning\" water dripping from ceiling causeing fall hazards. Damage to clothes due to poor condition in room. Not disabled friendly like advertised so disabled father spent who time not able to wash! Food was vile unless eat fish or salad. Flies all over the buffet food. Drinks served with flies in! Non of us could eat ended up living on crisps out the shop at nearly $10 a pack! Few times did eat out of desperation we had food poisoning! Made complaints nothing ever changed! We spent the holiday waiting to come home and jealous of people going home. Now we home we all sick from the insect bites we all receive at this ********** hole

First room was DIRTY, refused to stay in the room. Beach was quite miserable covered in dead see weeds. No entertainment nor vibes on the beach. Food was mid tried all restaurants in the hotel bar one (Raw Bar) strictly as no one in my holiday group liked sushi. We only liked one and the one we liked wasn’t all that ever just had a really nice apple dessert and I liked my main course. Even tried the VIP restaurant and had the same thing for breakfast and lunch which got very tedious. The hotel staff were good and had a slight few who were great and tried to be as helpful as they could. The ice cream/cafe was great they made some lovely crepes which the kids practically lived off as their little snacks. The hotel shop was RIDICULOUSLY priced I bought the kids a packet of crisp and a sweet and spent £40 for two walkers crisp and a sweet couldn’t believe it so I was petrified to buy souvenirs in the store so waited to get to the hotel for all the souvenirs to be UGLY so was highly disappointed. Other than that the pool was decent entertainment was decent even most nights was the same dancing stuff in a different font unfortunately didn’t get the chance to use the kids club but my daughter still had fun made a friend whilst she was out there the holiday had its own personal perks

The hotel was very clean, lots of other restaurants to choose from where you order your meal and get served, making it a change to the usual all inclusive experience. Lots of entertainment available for both adults and children, daytime and evening. Excellent animation team. Most staff speak English and are friendly and helpful

However, there was one experience that left us disappointed. Each accommodation building has a representative on-site to help with activities, bookings, and reservations. On the first day, the representative was very friendly and helpful, and invited us to a “welcome breakfast.” What we weren’t told beforehand was that this breakfast was actually a sales presentation for holiday packages. Not wanting to be rude, we stayed for it — but what was billed as a 90-minute session ended up taking nearly three hours, using up almost half a day of our holiday. When we declined the package (which, in any case, wasn’t particularly good value for money), the staff’s attitude changed noticeably. We were ignored on several occasions afterwards, including simple requests such as asking for something to be brought to our room or arranging cleaning. This was a real contrast to how welcoming and helpful they’d been before the sales pitch. I’d suggest TUI look into this practice, as it feels like guests are being specifically targeted for these sales sessions, and other customers should be made aware of what the “welcome breakfast” actually involves before agreeing to attend. Aside from this issue, we were very happy with the accommodation overall.
