    “Nice resort with nice people.”

    When you learn where everyting is you'll be just fine. It's quite hard to find places because it's basicly just a door without any title what's inside. First two days it's bit of wondering where all are. Then it's nice. Especially in dark time first journey from lobby to room is quite hard due the lightninh. There are light, but more like ground lights so on map height there's no light. Everything is well organized and room service works perfectly. Every day fridge was filled and even my shirt was folded which was left on bed while I was on the beach. Beach has sea weed so it's noy in use every day. They clean it well but every morning there's question \"Can I swim at sea or do I have to use pools?\" You have go and see. Pool are is huge and nice. Animals are nice. It was nice to lay on sunbed and watch two spider monkeys fooling around 5 meters away. You can get everything when you ask. Sports bar was disappoinmet due the negative staff. I ordered tacos and fries and when I asked cutlery they was like \"What?! You need fork and knife?\" I went there once at my 12 day journey. Firt time was last. But still very nice place and nice staff. And trips should buy straight via trip organizer not viaTUI because I lost 160€ when TUI said my trip duration is 8 hours but it was 13 hours so I missed my diving trip and paid money.

    Ett mycket trevligt hotell, vacker växtlighet och djuren runt omkring har en lugnande effekt på själen. Personalen är hjälpsam. Men de behöver jobba på logistiken.

    Overall the accommodation experience was fantastic! The hotel was lovely, everything was presented so well and looked so inviting and well looked after. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the food and drinks were amazing along with the food and drink staff. The only comment we have, not a complaint just a comment is that some of the areas could have done to be signed better just to give us a better idea of where things where, this mainly applies to restaurants and bars. The holiday….10/10

    On site rep was only available on my first day, was less interested in welcoming me to the hotel and far more interested in trying to sell me over priced excursions! Didn’t see her again all week!
