    Hi we were ‘upgraded’ to white sands on arrival the block we were put in 59 was close to the pool and beach which was great however it was due an overhaul, we had to speak to the concierge a few times about the noise on a night time, arguments, doors slamming, shouting and crying. Most around 3am, he did give us his number and told us to call and he would get security over to sort it out. Also after the weekends the hotel ran out of branded drinks, they said due to the American wedding party’s that landed for three days. The food on the second week at the à la carte dining also seemed to drop right off.

    An Absolutely Amazing 5-Star Accommodation Experience! Our accommodation in Mexico was absolutely incredible and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome, and the whole experience was nothing short of 5-star luxury. Everything was exceptional, from the beautiful surroundings and facilities to the cleanliness, comfort and attention to detail throughout. The staff were amazing, always so friendly, welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt completely looked after. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, and it was clear how much care and effort went into making every guest's experience special. As we were in Mexico to celebrate our wedding, this holiday meant so much more to us. Having such beautiful accommodation and being able to enjoy such a relaxing, luxurious experience made our special trip even more memorable. We honestly couldn't fault a thing. It was everything we hoped for and more, and we came away with the most amazing memories. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. A truly 5-star experience that we would highly recommend to anyone! Definitely will be returning
