The room was fine for an adapted room but the maid service was awful. Didn’t get the floor. Hoover all week. Didn’t change the bed in all week. Didn’t wipe any of the edges all week. They literally came in and cleaned the toilet. The sink emptied the bin and that was it plus there was no gluten-free options for my wife so we had to buy her some food even though we were inclusive.

Grand hotel was ok staff was very friendly room clean always clean towels breakfast was good lunch and tea food was very poor eat very little we eat many chips and chicken when it was on food wasn’t very warm microwave not working soup was a bit strange mainly meatballs soup there was other people would get a plate go for hot food and walk to the end with no food on plates the fresh pizza was ok some days I was very disappointed and had to eat out most days not enough fruit less biscuits for pudding
