    Recommended

    Excellent room in terms of quality and condition only let down by not being able to put a plug in the wash basins (and the laughable part is they ask you to save water!) and the slow process if accessing the restaurant due to using a paper system that was was ticked off when you showed a ‘pass’ (very antiquated system) which caused long delays. The hot food counter was not big enough - again causing long queues together with limited food choice, availability and not very ‘hot’

    On arrival the young male receptionist just said name and passports, did not tell us what lift to take to our room, did not provide information of the hotel, very unfriendly. There seems to a serious issue with infection control within this hotel. My daughter became very unwell with a vomiting buy , along with ALOT of other guests. The water slide park has a disgusting smell of sewage which needed to be addressed to the hotel.

    The majority of our stay was fantastic. The hotel staff were fabulous except for 2 wait staff in the restaurant but management took care of this there and then when it was bought to their attention
