    It was advertised as 4 star and we paid for this. It was definitely not a 4 star and TUI should read all reviews and take action instead of misleading customers. Very dirty and shabby.

    Awful food, drinks, unclean. Miserable staff,lots of steep steps around the blocks of rooms unlit at night compromising safety, spa and gym smelt of sewage, damaged umbrellas around the pool. Not a 4 star hotel as they advertise - more like a 2 star. Photos on hotel website different to reality. No air conditioning in the reception area or dining room - resulting in warm fruit and salad. The food and drinks were the worst we had ever had at an all inclusive. TUI should not have this hotel on their books in my opinion.

    “Tolle Lage Service ausbaufähig”

    Super Lage des Hotels, Service und Essen nicht empfehlenswert. Teilweise sehr nettes fleißiges Personal aber auch unfreundlich Bedienung. Das Essen entspricht nicht dem Standard, es fehlt die Kreativität.
