The staff was very nice. We loved how we had a balcony to look over the pool, palm trees and into the sea. We loved the view and our room was very spacious. The AC inside the room was also great which was keeping us cool a lot. The staff at the hotel were great, especially the entertainment team, they had a wide range of activities for all ages which fit perfectly for everyone.

Pokol ładny ,klima wszystko działała ,obsługa miła jedzenie pyszne duży wybór ,czysto pani sprzątająca co drugi dzień przynosiła czyste ręczniki i ścieliła łóżko

Stairs and hall ways are dirty, curtains in room are marked with holes in, 1 small pool but a lot of guests. Animation team were brilliant but other staff are miserable, snappy with grumpy face.

Sunbed wars were a big issue at this hotel along with lack of bar staff at pool bar. Only one person serving for majority of the time and one particular server was very rude. Huge queues at the bar and the staff member would just stand and talk to the member of staff filling the snack bar. Drinks were not filled and you could only get two at a time. The you'd have to line up and wait 20 minutes to be served again. Entertainment team made our holiday. They were lots of fun and actually cared about whether you were enjoying your holiday or not. The hotel had an awful smell coming down the stairs towards the restaurant in the morning. One morning I was actually physically sick from the smell.
