“Fremragende hotelservice”

På hotel Isabel fik vi et pænt værelse med badekar og bruser. Ved mit første brusebad gled jeg og faldt ned i badekarret. Jeg undgik skader. Jeg bad hotellet om et nyt værelse kun med bruser . Hotellet har kun 2 værelser kun med bruser. Begge værelser var optaget. Hotellet gik straks i gang med at rykke rundt på deres reservationer, så vi fik det ene værelse med bruser efter 2 dage. der kom nye skridsikre måtter i badekarret. Alt klaret på bedste vis uden ekstra omkostninger

The accommodation is good, it's clean, the staff are friendly and the food is good (but maybe not as good as it used to be before the hotel was taken over last year by a new company). The downside of this hotel is location - it is set at the far end of Cala Bona in a very quiet location. This is good in one way as you are based well away from the busy areas of Cala Bona/Cala Millor but quite a walk to shops, bars etc. That said the hotel does provide a shuttle bus service during the day.

Unfortunately, a family run accommodation has been taken over by a conglomerate and has gone down hill. We met several people who were return visitors who confirmed this. Both coffee/tea/hot water machines and the combined fruit juice machines seem to dispense powder tasting substances. Even the cold water had a taint. It all seemed highly processed substances were being used. Whilst the coffee machines showed coffee beans in the top, they never seemed to go down and never seen to be replaced. On the whole, food for a week was okay, salad was fresh and our main plate filler, some of the cooked meat was questionable but again on the whole there was sufficient choice each meal. The sweet menu for each meal was good. Everywhere was spotless and rooms were well maintained, staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, we were very happy with the service we received from the hotel staff.

Hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful if need anything all staff very polite
