“Traumhafter Familienurlaub am Gardasee”

Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert, ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Die Unterkunft ist gut geführt, gut erhalten. Der Pool ist sehr groß und nicht sehr tief, daher können die Kinder gefahrlos spielen. Das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend. Das Personal in der Anlage war sehr freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Weiteres: Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter. Wunderschönes Wetter, etwas zu heiß sogar. War ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

While we thought the staff at the restaurant were lovely and really good with our 1 year old son, we were actually really disappointed with our experience at the hotel overall. We paid over £2k for the package holiday for the week so we were surprised just how low budget the hotel felt. We have never stayed in a hotel before that does not supply toilet roll and expects you to pay for it. There was also no room cleaning, except once during the week where they replaced our towels, but that was it. It was also bizarre that water and juice that was included in our half board package in the morning for breakfast, was not included in the evening meal as any drinks in evening had to be paid for which just feels very cheap and low budget. The selection of food at the restaurant was quite small in comparison to other hotels we have stayed at and my husband who is a vegetarian on at least two evening meals wasn't able to have a main option as it was only meat, which highlights the limited options. The apartment itself was nice with very good air conditioning, so we had a nice time in there, and the toddler pool was great for our son. Another issue we had which is not the hotels fault necessarily was that the nearest bus stop was a 25 minute walk, which in over 30 degrees weather is quite a hard walk for our toddler in his pram, so I wish they had arranged a shuttle of some sort to either get to the nearby town of Peschiera or at least to gardaland nearby as there were 3 or 4 hotels very closeby that I am sure they could have arranged a shuttlebus between them. So overall we thought the staff were nice, and the apartment was nice, but really did not feel we got value for money for £2k. I feel like £1k would have been more appropriately priced considering how low budget the hotel seemed.

Kinderfreundliche Anlage mit einem Pool für verschiedene Altersklassen. Die Apartments sind zweckmäßig, nur das Bad etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Das Personal an Rezeption und Restaurant war durchweg freundlich.

“Slecht onderhouden appartement, ondiep zwembad”

Het appartement was klein en slecht onderhouden. Douchestang, afzuigkap, koelkast en balkonreling zaten los. 2van de 3 bedden hadden een doorgezakt matras. Wat wel direct vervangen werd toen we erover klaagden. Zwembad is schoon, maar vooral geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Niet dieper dan 120 cm. Bij het restaurant waren de pizza’s heerlijk, de rest matig. Personeel was vriendelijk.
