If we were told before hand that the resort was shutting in November for a refurbishment we would have asked to be moved else where. Staff did not seem interested.

Accommodation is dated and certainly not a 4 star hotel. The money paid for the holiday was not worth it. All the lining in the pool was coming up which had bumps all under your feet. I paid for a pool view room and I had a great big palm tree blocking the view so shouldn't be classed as a pool view room. The food wasn't good at all and no choice for children. The cleaners were fantastic though

    “Tolle Unterkunft”

Schönes Hotel, freundlicher Service, Essen war gut, am Pool zu wenig Sonnenschirme bzw. Beschattung

We stayed at this hotel last year and there has been a drastic decline in the staff hospitality, the lifeguards attitude towards children, the food and the drinks. Despite being all inclusive, there was only one cocktail option per day which always tasted like sugary juice. The food options were limited and poor quality. Overall, we feel really let down.
