    Not a 5 star hotel. Also multiple added costs for what should be part of package (beach sun loungers for hotel guests) Limited food options at lunch and dinner (lack of Greek food when actually in Greece) Actual hotel / layout / location does not align to what is shown on website. If correctly shown would never choose to stay there

    Hotel galini sea view was advertised on TUI as 5 star accommodation, it was far from this , we’d say 2/3 at the most. The hotel is very run down, the furniture in our room was all damaged, the balcony had not been cleaned from previous guests and did not see a brush or mop in our entire stay. Our mattress which was only covered by one sheet had a large rip in it and stains. On every day bar for one we where only given 2 bath towels no hand towels where given or mat to place on the extremely slippy floor when getting out of the shower. The bathroom bin did not have a lid on it this had been broken off and when in Greece and your toilet paper has to go in it it isn’t pleasant. We loved the beach bar the staff were extremely friendly but the bar its self was shabby and you had to be careful not to get splinters from the rotting wood around it. The pool at the beach bar was also rather dirty we didn’t use tho. Corridors where mopped but not stair wells as dead insects stayed there for the whole 5 days we where there. We didn’t complain whilst at the hotel as had only booked 4 nights and didn’t want to waste the small amount of time we had there. I was just disappointed TUI would advertise this as a 5 star as we live used TUI on numerous occasions and like to as normally trust there ratings. Having said this we have just booked through TUI again for next year so hoping this was just a one off.

    Avoid at all costs. Video uploaded to trip advisor. Nothing worked in the hotel room, eat the food at your own risk, don’t ask staff for anything as every job too big, just avoid.
