Niggled by easily rectified things in the room, nice room but so spacious it could have benefited from more drawer storage units that could have easily been fitted. Coffee/sugar in the room but never any milks or creamers and I have never agreed with paying for use of safety deposit boxes.

The hotel was advertised as child friendly, however we noticed a lot of safety concerns and a lack of what we deem standard features. We found ledges/landings with a 6 foot drops with no railings, doors left wide open onto the busy road outside. Extremely slippery floors surrounding the pool with no foot sprinklers to keep the floor temperature lower. The babies/kids pool had no shade and was tiny for the number of children using it. We noticed there was only 3 high chairs available and much of the time these were in use requiring us to feed our toddler from our laps. Within the room we found light fittings hanging by just the cables on the ceiling. A lot of sharp edges in the furniture and the room doors had no secondary lock meaning a child could open the doors very easily. in addition, a very slippery shower floors with no rubber mat, in additional a lack of a bath, made for a very stressful bath time. We requested a ground floor room with a cot, but none of this was provided on check in, a cot was organised within an hour of arrival. The lack of a lift required us to carry a pram and suitcases up and downstairs. The food quality was extremely poor, we noticed food was recycled/reoccurred for the following meal or variety was lacking. There was very limited availability throughout the day and the child buffet seemed to be a tickbox exercise. The hotel has a stray cat and bird problem, with bird fowl on the floors and outdoor dining tables with clear nests above the canteen doors and various ledges above the hotel rooms. We noticed stray cat's roaming in and out of the dinning area begging for food and fowling on the paths/grassy areas where children were expected to play. The staff seemed to do very little about attempting to remove the cats or clear the cat fowl off the grass/outdoor spaces.

Could do with bit of a face lift all round

Air con was terrible Drinks weren't good (flat beer, cocktails from a machine that would miss key ingredients)

Pool was really lovely, however it needs longer opening hours. Drink quality was poor. Food was adequate, plenty of food available. Most staff freindly. All areas very clean. Room cleaned daily. Towels too small, nowhere to hang wet items. Local kids coming into hotel taking and drinks being rude to guests and sitting on sun loungers vaping should not be allowed. Greek dancers were amazing!
