The evening entertainment was very dissapointing, but it could be that we were spoilt in our last hotel. Other than that on the whole a great place for a family holiday, great location near town but not too close

The hotel was ok but felt very cramped with the amount of children there & was loud at times. Food was fine but often barely tepid at meal times. The biggest issue we had was that we arrived at 11.40pm to check in and were handed a bag with water and sandwiches as a meal (1 of us gluten free) and we were checking out late on the last day we paid for late check out to 6pm and when we went for dinner we were told we had to pay as we.were not entitled to dinner by the extremely rude dining room manageress. We went to reception and this was sorted but was very upsetting and unnecessary. Most of the staff were excellent and so friendly but there were two or three that would definitely put you off ever going back. Other than that it was a lovely holiday. Lloret is lovely and lots to do in the area. Our rep in the hotel was excellent and the trips we did were wonderful. Just one thing to note the beaches in the area are not sandy, they are rough pebbles so you have to travel for sand beaches.
