Room wasn’t in great condition, not cleaned very well at all. Housekeeping was non existent - they came once during a stay on request, but only changed the towels. We had breakfast included which was poor quality and a limited selection.

We were sent to a different hotel instead of the one we booked upon arrival and replacement hotel was in the middle of nowhere, 40 minutes walk from town, which where we meant to stay. Spent two days untill 3pm waiting to check-in at two different hotels . Not fun , not enjoyed it at all . I filled a form etc but TUI not interested. I'll seek advice from citizen advice how to get my money back from you .

Consistently unfriendly reception staff who made no effort even to say hello on arrival or goodbye on departure. They ignored guests unless directly spoken to. Bed linen not changed during 14 night stay. Hotel ran out of fuel so no hot water for a day, no apologies from staff. Gave feedback to hotel but the answer was dismissive. Room safe cost over€50! Overall holiday excellent value, reception staff not motivated to do more than the bare minimum. I have stayed in many Spanish hotels wheee the staff make you feel welcome.

We arrived on an early flight, so we knew that there would be a wait until we got our room at 3pm. There was a free luggage room for the suitcases, but if you wanted a secure locker, you had to pay for it, which seemed a bit money grabbing. We explored the area as we had several hours to kill. By the time 3pm check in arrived, we were all hot and tired and wanted to get into the room. However, we were told the room wasn't ready. We mentioned that check in was supposed to be at 3pm. The hotel staff didn't speak much English, and my Spanish isn't great, but they just kept saying it wasn't ready. I started to get annoyed, at which point a room was miraculously found. It was completely pointless telling me that the room wasn't ready, when they obviously had rooms available. The reception staff generally weren't that friendly and I found them a bit dismissive.
