    Clean,modern hotel with helpful friendly staff. Hotel close to Rhodes old town & Harbour. Lovely beach & fantastic seaview room. Really enjoyed our relaxing break after my seizure

    Might need to be clearer about what mountain/land view means. Our view was a car park. Also they put the kids in a building 4 blocks away

    Wouldn’t call it a 5 star. Food was not the best. The restaurants was hard to book and the food was no where near 5 star, we didn’t even use all of our reservations

    A real letdown! What looked and sounded like the perfect luxury week away left us feeling let down! Buffet restaurant food was always cold and didn’t really have any flow in relation to the menus. Extra charges for almost everything! Even to use the spa pool! It was clean and a lovely place to stay but it was lacking any real atmosphere. Evening entertainment was really poor! We didn’t want a rave but at least one night with a party vide past 10pm would have been nice! Oh I almost forgot! We were sick of queuing for everything all of the time!! Drinks fro the pool bar 10 minute que! Drinks from the reception bar 10 minute que! Drinks at the beach bar sit down someone will serve you! Yeah after 20 minutes!! We were in bed by 10 most nights! Gutted!

    It was a nice hotel, very asthetically pleasing however the buffet wasn’t the best, and took two days for our door lock to work.
