Superb hotel, excellent service from staff, phenomenal food and drinks available, great gym and other facilities, ideal location. To summarise: excellent!

Very nice hotel but nowhere to sit in evening at time of year if not warm. Hotel across the road loud until 5.30 in the morning. Moved rooms twice. Staff were excellent and sorted problems promptly. Smoking in the covered area of the restaurant stopped us sitting outside to eat. Smoking on sunbeds was awful. There should be a smoking area.

Room 518 Replacement tea and coffee facilities not topped up Internet signal drops off around the pool area Location of bar by pool was only facility for alcoholic drinks no bar inside hotel TUI rep not easily contactable - not good in event of emergency Room kettle had to unplug as would not auto switch of when boiled Good points Plenty of food choices Efficient and friendly staff Hotel very clean including pool area. Hotel location excellent - although dependant on which side of hotel you are some rooms are opposite a late night music bar

Pokoje czyste, wygodne, ale w nocy może być głośno przez bliskie sąsiedztwo pubów. Bardzo dobre i różnorodne wyżywienie, zarówno kontynentalne, jak i lokalne. Blisko sklepiki (tańsze ceny w centrum) i plaża (trzeba zamawiać drinki lub płacić \"opiekunom plaży\" 5 euro), przy basenie wystarczająca ilość leżaków i bar z drinkami. Większość gości hotelowych to były starsze osoby mówiące po angielsku. Dużo osób korzystało ze spa i siłowni. Obsługa przyjemna i kontaktowa, większość zna język angielski lub rosyjski.

4 star defo not bedding never hot changed rubbish under bed bar over road that was super loud tv only went to 15 vol so couldn't here it food was vile rooms never swept or mopped rubbish never got took are clean towel chuck on bed drinks in drinkable staff trying to get money out of u over charged for this holiday i have put a massive complaint in and like some kind of refund as we did not get what we paid for had to eat out all time as food was shocking it was not the relaxing holiday I was looking for I ain't one to complaint but this defo was not worth the money far from it faros is much better and a 3 star
