    Accommodation hygiene was very poor. Dirty room floors, ledges and walls. Staff never got the room servicing 100% correct. Some days 0900 servicing, other days 1630 servicing. Some days towels replaced other days not. Some days bottle of water left others not. Very inconsistent

    “Prima kamer, verder geen aanrader!”

    De kamer was prima en het is fijn dat je een eigen terras hebt. Helaas zou ik deze accommodatie absoluut niet aanraden. Onhygiënisch is het eerste woord dat bij mij opkomt. Het bestek was vies, op de glazen zaten nog resten van lippenstift en ook de badkamer was niet goed schoon. Op het park zelf lijkt weinig te worden schoongemaakt en rondom het zwembad lag regelmatig veel half opgegeten eten. Ook op het gebied van voedselveiligheid hadden wij grote twijfels. Zo stond de yoghurt lauw en werd deze niet gekoeld bewaard. Dit vonden wij erg onhygiënisch en gaf ons weinig vertrouwen in de manier waarop met voedselveiligheid wordt omgegaan. Wij hebben de eerste avond één keer in het hotel gegeten, maar daarna niet meer. Gelukkig ligt het centrum op ongeveer 15 à 20 minuten lopen en daar is het wél gezellig en leuk. Al met al waren we helaas erg teleurgesteld in de hygiëne, schoonmaak en de manier waarop met voedselveiligheid wordt omgegaan.

    As I previously stated I think that the hotel rating of four or over four stars is incorrect as the hotel room itself is the only area that had air-conditioning. The room that we chose to upgrade was described to us as a family comfort room as having an extra space for my son to sleep in so the adults could still enjoy the holiday was not true. He was just in the living room and it was a main causeway to the toilet in the bathroom as well as the main door this meant causing disruption to his sleep. The cleaning staff were mildly effective, but we had so many issues with the hair being left from previous guests and the drainage smell and the unclean sheets and the towels and the pillowcases with stains on and not replacing toiletries that had been used that I feel that the rating is incorrect. In regards to access to the speciality restaurants we booked within two days and were told that we had to wait a week for one of them and the other one was fully booked for two weeks as someone who’s on a 10 day holiday that obviously meant that we couldn’t go to one of the special restaurants. The buffet was limited and though expected was extremely limited and was often cross contaminated and food was mislabelled or not labelled at all. Areas for people to get out of the sun was extremely limited and those areas were often lacking in airflow which meant they were stuffy and extremely hot and therefore did not keep you cool.
