    Most meals in the buffet had a 20 minute wait to get drinks, they were more interested in walking about or getting set up for the next meal service. Entertainment was very poor compared to what is advertised by the hotel.

    Big spacious rooms, lots of sun beds, excellent kids facilities. Only issue was waiting at the bar in long ques for drinks and same food on repeat

    Although the hotel was nice, a few things let it down. There is only 1 small lift to accommodate the whole hotel to get up to the reception and to where you leave the hotel so there was often queues. There was only ever 1 person covering the 1 daytime bar meaning there was ALWAYS a big queue to get a drink. Even when staff were asked why there isn’t more people they chose to ignore this issue. I heard many people complain about it. The room cleanliness wasn’t great. Despite the cleaner having just left our feet were left black within 30 mins of walking around the room, 2 ceiling tiles above the wardrobe weren’t on properly and were a falling risk which isn’t ideal when we have 2 small children in the room. The wardrobe door was extremely stiff to slide open and made a high screech when you forced it and the doors don’t close quietly. Your in a pod of 4 rooms and we could hear each family come and go at all times during to the doors slamming. The restaurant food was ok, but drink service is all done by staff and that’s only if they notice you sit down or you corner a member to get a drink. Even then you only get 1 drink per meal time. Much prefer getting our own drinks. Despite signs saying you can’t reserve sunbeds, this wasn’t the case. The immediate area around the splash pool was always fully taken by 8am with people not coming down till after 10am and staff ignored the issue.

    Clean rooms, was a bit small for a family of 4 however we managed ok. The hotel was nice though, lots for the kids to do.
