Our accommodation was clean and my room was spacious. Air conditioning and other amenities were good. The pool was nice although always busy and hard to get a sun lounger. The chef was great at dealing with my dietary requirements and the majority of staff were nice enough.

We specifically booked because it had a swim up room . In this case anyone was able to access to the swim up pools. I think they should only be accessed by the ground floor swim up rooms - as you pay a premium for this facility. There was music constantly every where . which was quite irritating . Even at the beach bar - loud music all day everyday !. I think the soft drinks or even water should be included in the half board status . the drain on the balcony was blocked so always very wet and as others kept entering the pool water was everywhere . They should more floor towels as the room was also then quite wet . The bathroom design was poor . The shower door moved the mat all the time - so more water. The sink was open like a kitchen - no bathroom privacy at all . Not enough hooks anywhere to use. 6 hangers is not enough . Not enough sockets either side of bed Bath towels were tiny All staff were great friendly and professional

Nice room, not huge but big enough. Swim up room was nice, but swim up area did not seem restricted to these rooms, nor the sun bathing area. This detracted from the overall experience of these premium rooms.

Lovely hotel. Staff were great. Did keep running out of things and 1 bar adding service charge? On the whole though great
