    Recommended

    Won’t be travelling with Tui again. Transfers were abysmal, flight delayed both ends by a length of time that was really irritating and didn’t see a Tui rep other than when I had to look really hard for them upon arrival.

    Hotel had areas that were not looked after !!! bins over flowing . No drinks service and very slow service in a la cartes. Considering cost and star rating of Eden Roc I expected more . The staff are run ragged and people are having to join massive queues for everything . This is not typical f greek hospitality . Only happy member of staff was Vassa 😄

    We stayed at Eden Roc Resort in Rhodes. Our experience definitely did not live up to our expectations. The room and housekeeping were very good as was the beach, the beach bar and the food at the self service restaurant on the beach at lunchtime. The staff in both these areas were very friendly and the service was great. The shop was very good. The service at the main bar was terrible. The staff were unfriendly and the queues were awful. We often had to wait for 15 minutes to be served, sometimes longer. The main bar area was dirty. The floors weren't mopped for the 11 days we were there and tables were always full of empty glasses. Only cleared at 4pm each day when a lovely lady started her shift. The lifts were dirty and the doors around the hotel were filthy. Again, we did not see anyone cleaning them while we were there. Finally, the food was dreadful. The main restaurant was like a school canteen and the staff were unfriendly. No atmosphere at all. Again, the queues at dinner were awful. We were unable to get in to any of the other restaurants and resorted to eating snacks from the patisserie and crisps from the shop for the last four nights of our stay. I spoke about these issues to reception on check out. This is not a five star hotel. I would give it three stars at best. It is overrated and over priced. Needless to say we won't return.
