We booked for a family of 4 but the beds were meant for 3 only. We had to request an extra bed which didn’t make the room spacious. It would have been better if the hotel could think about beds while taking reservation for a family of 4.

We have been here before and brought all our friends back in for 3 different birthdays, entertainment seems to have dropped a lot but not complaining as staff were amazing.

I will start with the positive - clean hotel, views beautiful The negatives - absolutely not the accurate rating given by TUI, we have been on many holidays with TUI previously and other brands such as Virgin, this was by far the most inaccurate rating of hotel I have ever experienced. It should be. Three star firmly, anything above is misleading based on facilities, accommodation, catering and services available - no mention on TUI that majority of hotel features listed are not open in May including children’s buffet - children entertainment starts at 8.45pm, absurd timing - food overall was poor, three of our group of 12 were hit with Timmy upsets as were many others we spoke with onsite - children catering was atrocious, chicken nuggets and chips every day only in the buffet, we had two à la carte meals included and on both times had to negotiate with staff as they were not aware the restaurants catered for children - this was after we had been given menus from their own guest services. Guest services contacted us for our experience on the second day, we complained about the lack of food for children and the children’s buffet being closed to be told we should feed our children in the pool snack bar for pizza and burgers which closed at 5pm, so no evening option - broken tiles in toilets by pool, one guest of our party cut their toe, no TUI rep onsite, told guest services who didn’t so much as have an accident form available, next day some concrete or filler of some sort over the top of toilet tile, not fixed just a messy cover up. - guest services informed of upset stomachs, didn’t care. - our shower and toilet kept overflowing due to poor plumbing, it took me three complaints to get someone to sort it and that way of sorting the problem was just to pull the drain out of the sink rather than fix the problem - poor quality of alcoholic drinks This is quite apparently a 3 * hotel aimed for adults, unless services and quality improve from June onwards, it’s poor and poor of TUI to state it is higher quality than it is. Absolutely would not recommend this accommodation or TUI for this trip.

The hotel was beautiful and so clean, and most of the staff were lovely. The guest experience team were quite grumpy - you can only book à la carte with them in person between 10-12 but they seemed annoyed when you went to book… and getting the information on the à la carte only existed from that team… we also complained that they hadn’t turned the AC on and the rooms were humid and stuffy and the hotel did nothing to help. They wouldn’t turn the AC on and didn’t have any fans either which was really annoying and made all of us very uncomfortable at night. The food was ok, but the buffet was almost identical every night and the fruit options were very limited. It would have been great if there was more variation between days in the buffet and more children’s options as it was just chicken nuggets and chips. The snack bars were both great though!

I would recommend to those going only in off season and without kids. I think the hotel rooms need a HUGE improvement. The staff for the most part are fantastic but one specific member of staff on guest relations was incredibly rude. There is limited choice of food for kids at the buffet and lines out the door. Every night the buffet basically serves the same stuff. There is a lack of ice cream throughout the day for children and adults. The bar staff are wonderful as are the housekeeping staff. The outdoor and public areas are very clean. IT is a lovely hotel but not one that warrants its * rating.
