    Recommended

    The kids disco in the evening was often held outside, there were never many children there, when it was held inside there were more children there, the kids disco needs to be held in the theatre every night

    The hotel was lovely and clean and spacious the bar staff and entertainment team were friendly the only complaint is with the bathroom in room it had a bath with shower which was very slippery to get in to with a shower curtain which is not very up to date but the room it self was very comfortable

    We arrived 2 days after hotel opened for the season The choice of evening food was appalling and cold for the first few days. I and other guests had sickness and diarrea the first night. As the hotel filled food improved and there were no further problems. The evening entertainment was very poor, I guess through lack of guests The circus night was ok but lasted just 40 minutes! Pool área was fantastic , room was good Hotel was very clean Reception staff were miserable,but the bar staff were very friendly A beautiful hotel in a great location

    Not all the facilities were available during our stay. The entertainment didn't exist really, the one night there was a man playing a saxophone (badly!) we couldn't stay to listen to it any longer and left to go elsewhere. The majority of staff were pleasant however, there were a few bar staff in particular that were extremely rude and unhelpful. We did report to reception that my make up bag had been opened and some of it used while we were out of the room. I know this to be true because there was evidence of it in the bathroom sink and not once did I put my makeup on in the bathroom because of the lighting. Sorry this sounds a bit petty but you expect your stuff not to be touched. The cups and glasses in the room were not changed for around 4 days, no issue because we washed them ourselves but again you'd think they would get replaced.
