Cleaned every other day but that was only making the bed and cleaning the bathroom and changing the towels. Never hoovered the floor or done any dusting and by the looks of it the dusting hasn’t been done for weeks.

Excellent resort, magical and perfectly planned. Will 100% be going again and with TUI in 2028

Very clean and excellent location with good transport options

Great location, well kept grounds and beautiful communal areas - bedrooms a little tired, especially noisy air con units and bathrooms need upgraded.

The location was great and the main lobby and it's facilities were great but the accommodation was very run down and not to a high standard for the money we paid for it. We visited the neighbouring hotel The Riviera and it was far superior than our hotel. The rooms definitely need to be refurbished. We paid a lot of money so I would have expected the standard to be way higher.
