    Aircon was not working well. Food - we were not really told how to order from the app or aware there was a limited menu each night. The menu fit the à la carte restaurants was not available to see and one night we would not have booked had we known the menu. The smoke house was great food but no portion sizes were given so we ordered far too much as it had to be ordered up front.

    The hotel was immaculate. The food was lovely, really varied and lunch and dinner were served to you. Couldn't have faulted it.

    A 'foodie' hotel but not a great place to go if you have allergies to tomatoes and vinegar. Although the staff were very helpful in trying to sort out things I could eat it made for a very limited choice at times. Food ordering was by app on your phone and delivered very speedily. The room was strangely open plan with frosted glass for the toilet and shower. There were 47 channels on TV with a wide range of languages. There was room to bring the balcony chairs inside the room when it was tipping down with rain. The staff were amazingly helpful. The demographic of the hotel guests was largely younger people than ourselves (retired couple) but that didn't matter to us although we did see some older people and non-English speakers who found it difficult to cope with the food ordering by app, but again, the staff were on hand and very helpful.

    The one major problem was wasps, especially outside, i got stung 2nd day, no sign of control. ie. Electric zappers, they were over your food, your drinks,they really spoilt the holiday

    fijn hotel niets op aan te merken uitgezonderd de ligbedjes aan het zwembad waren hard ,zonder matrasje en dat was niet aangenaam .voor de rest alles prima
