“Morabeza”

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Reise gehabt. Die Auswahl mit den Comfort Sitzen auf dem Hin- und Rückflug war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns für eine Swim-Up Zimmer im Riu Karamoba entschieden und es war die beste Entscheidung für entspannen und für Baden zu jeder Tageszeit.

Hotel staff were lovely, food was delicious, pool and beach areas were a dream

The cleanlinese every day was fantastic. The towels need to be bigger as i am a large man and it only just wrapped around me.

We went to cape verde on our Honeymoon, I have a relative that works to TUI and out a few requests in like an upgrade of the room and king-size bed, champagne on arrival. We unfortunately didnt recieve anything nor did anyone batter an eyelid that it was our Honeymoon. The shower was broken on arrival, the air conditioning broke half way through the holiday. Some staff from the hotel were quite miserable and didnt say a word when passing. The hotel was clean, the cleaners are always cleaning (never stop) the service is good. We had a welcome meeting which was okay and learnt a few bits. I however got really badly aun burnt even though I had been putting 50 on every day the whole holiday. I had blistered my stomach and asked the rep who spoke English if he could help, as I asked if there was any first aiders around that could've gave me some bandages to pop on my tummy. He looked at me and said no go to reception and ask for a doctor. I know its my own fault even though I had put sun cream on every half an hour but sadly burnt and blistered but he didnt seem to care and just told me to sort it with reception. The staff are lovely but they dont seem to be bothered by people and just walk straight past you. I also popped to my hotel room on day to find the cleaner in there cleaning. When I went to charge my phone the cleaner was in there charging her phone on my charger. I dont mind but just thought it was quite rude as they shouldn't be touching your belongings within the room. TUI flight was smooth but the ladies on the way back home didnt know how to smile really and looked as though they couldnt be bothered to be there at some parts of the flight. Otherwise the flight was lovely and smooth with no problems
