    Great location on hillside overlooking the beach. Great layout of accommodation and various pools too.

    We made this booking for 4 adults and 2 children. In the mornings me and my wife were normally down for breakfast at around 8:30 and the other 2 adults and 2 children would normally come down a little later. But every morning me and my wife were challenged about where we sat as we were being told it was a family section and we was being told we had to go to the adults only section. We said that the booking had been made for a group of 6 including 2 children but was still told we had to move even though there was ample tables available. I spoke with the TUI rep and complained but she said there was nothing she could do. So I raised this with the hotel manager and he said if we were to sit at a table for 2 there would be no problem. So next morning we sat at a table for 2 and yet again was moved as they said we were in the family section. Again I went to the hotel manager and he said he would find out what was the issue and later that day he said it was because the tables for 2 were for single parent families. I was disgusted that we were constantly getting hassled and moved because had the rest of our party come to breakfast they would not be able to sit near us if we were in the adults only section. Also regarding the al la carte restaurants the reception machine said if you were staying over 4 nights you would be able to use the Al la carte twice but reception said no just the one booking allowed. I go on holiday to relax and have a peaceful time not to be constantly hassled about moving tables. This hotel in mine and others experience is of a substandard quality and I understand that the hotel is due to be shut down for two years from October this year and in mine and others opinion it should have been closed before this season started!

    The waterfalls and pool was not how it was advertised. The waterfall is no longer there and neither is half of the main pool. No aircon in public areas. Food choice and quality was amazing though.

    My toilet drain pipe broke smell and water everywhere had to pack everything and move room which was further away

    Overall the hotel was very nice the cleanliness was amazing our only downside was the rooms need updating a bit but were spotless
