    The hotel itself was fine but the food was always the same everyday and was just bland,entertainment was not very good also .😩

    very disappointed as we were told from Tui when we booked that it was a quiet chilled holiday to find it was FULL of children!, we would not of minded some children but this hotel was full of them! and we had booked this holiday to get away from our own children and grandchildren for a week. so we do feel we were mis sold this to a degree? We also asked to be moved as the corridor to our room went on forever and was quite difficult for me to walk the double long corridors all the time to get to our room, all the staff kept saying was no not today ask again tomorrow, one of the reception staff told us to speak to the TUI rep as she may be able to help more so we tried ringing her on the number provided to no avail we then sent her a watts app which she didnt even open for 2days, it just so happened that we saw her in the hotel and approached her, she said she hadnt really got time to help as she had another hotel to go to! but then she did turn round and come back into the hotel and spoke to manager, who then said they could change our room the following day! but after talking to some guest in the hotel who said that where they wanted us to go was very noisy and the fact we had to be out of our room before 10 in the morning and put cases in lock up untill after 2 in the afternoon we thought we would stay where we were. Then when the lifts went down the reception were very nice but said NO they are not being fixed at the moment?? which left me to climb 4 flights of stairs to my room. There is more things I could say about but Im not going to. I really do feel so disappointed with the whole holiday. I do hope someone

    It was soo much busier than I expected. There were plenty of loungers but people got up at 7am to reserve which is crazy. Walk to the the beach cove is not really highlighted in the. Information. Food was ok, no entertainment, never saw a TUI rep in my time there or any information just relied on the app if helps needed
