    I wanted to speak to you a tui rep at the hotel but there’s no information or phone number for rep however the whole experience was really disappointing from now on. I’ll think twice whether to book with tui which is a pity because they’ve always been pretty good this time someone failed with their appraisal of the hotel because this was not a four star more like a two star

    This hotel is rated 4 star and we do not feel it even deserves 2 stars. Our room was quite clean but we reported to reception and the TUI rep that the air conditioning control box was faulty broken and I received two electric shocks from it and we were unable to open our safe. After reporting this at least 3 times it was sorted out. I expect better service for a 4 star hotel. Food was served cold and not topped up once gone. Food was covered in flies and very sloppy and tasteless. Food served was unacceptable and we were left with belly aches and hungry. We had no choice but to eat out. Restaurant staff were rude and favouring the French tourists. Bar staff and room cleaner was ok. This is not an adult only hotel there were lots of children. Pool towels and bathroom towels were very old, frayed and stained need replacing. As do a lot of the sunbeds. Some areas were dirty with a lot of litter and there was a constant smelly sewage smell around. Overall we were very disappointed with our holiday and would not recommend and definitely will not return there by or use TUI again.

    Food awful cold . Restaurant never opened on time and opened at 6am but never anything to eat has to wait for staff to come in .don't say open at 6 then you can't get anything.Entertainment team lazy pretending to do entertainment just taking photos to look like they did . Bar always needed to queue for a drink at main pool as only one barman and very slow beer was awful that's all we drink so never enjoyed it . Reception staff rude bar staff rude . Rooms very dirty never brushed in the whole 2 weeks .
