    Recommended

    The hotel was fantastic. Although in the second week w/b 20th July it became very busy and there were up to 15 minutes waits for drinks and large queues for the restaurant. The sunbeds were also all used by 830 am, this wasn't a problem for us however the hotel had so many other activities that we found out about either on the last couple of days or on the transfer back to the airport. If these activities were advertised/encouraged by the hotel it would definitely take the pressure off other areas of the hotel. All in all though a great holiday.

    We checked in and we're given one bed between us. A shower that would not stay up on the wall. A patio door that did not lock and a toilet seat only half secured. The room was small and marginally clean. Although the hotel is beautiful, the cleaning either in rooms or around the pool, is very poor. A very very small percentage of the staff made me feel unwelcome and unwanted. But its the small percentage that has a big impact. Looks of dislike. Avoiding serving me. Lack of attention, I didnt get a morning coffee on more than one occasion. If you attempt to find coffee and ask for a cup, you are told to sit down and then still ignored. My son even noticed and as he was not getting the same, he truly believed i was just disliked. Many and most however were bubbly, welcoming, smiley and genuinely warm characters. The entertainment team....who are they? Although smiley etc, not once we're we told about volley ball or pool aerobics etc, no chance to join the fun until it was too late to get involved. All such a shame.

    Accommodation was excellent, I’d say 4.5 stars just because the buffet restaurant was a bit like school dinners. Food was excellent in the à la carte restaurants
