    Recommended

    very large resort, lots of walking ,so not ideal for people with mobility problems, resort out on a limb no where close to go out for an explore unless you do excursions . Great pool ,entertainment team were good, 99% of staff interaction was great ,there is always the 1% that spoil it. Food in all restaurants was to a good standard, favourite a-la-carte's were Italian and Japanese (tempanyaki).

    Me and my fiancé loved our accommodation, the beach was beautiful and the hotel grounds were very green and tropical! The golf course was amazing and I really enjoyed my round of golf, the pool was huge and plenty of sunbeds. The room was modern and very pleasant, the food and drink was very nice especially the ale cart restaurants. There was tennis courts and padel courts, basketball courts and a football pitch. So much to do for adults and for kids.

    Outbound flight entertainment at my seat wasn't working despite attempts by air crew. Accommodation lovely. I had a nasty stomach bug on last day. Flight home - visa I was scammed by a website which I navigated via TUI cost an unnecessary £111. Premium upgrade on way home simply owing to seat availability which was positive.

    The accommodation needs updating, many shabby repairs can be seen in the bathroom especially, doors stiff for balcony, needs more regular cleaning poolside plates were left from morning to night by poolside. The accommodation is geared towards Spanish speaking guests, which is fair enough and expected in a Spanish speaking country, however the staff were actually quite rude when they realised we were English, they would leave you waiting at the bar and serve others who arrived after who were Spanish, they often didn't greet you, the pizza shack staff , a male was very rude and refused to give me a plate when I was at the front of the queue as I wanted two for my children, handed plates to everyone else and mumbled something I've never experienced anything like it at a hotel before. These were just a few incidents all members of my group experienced something similar in terms of rudeness even the children who were 10 and 12. This really let's the hotel down and for that reason I would not encourage anyone from England to go there, especially you do not speak Spanish.
