heel vriendelijk personeel van schoonmaak tot receptie en bediening , lekker eten en kamer met alles wat je nodig hebt op reis ,niet de lux maar goed genoeg en een mooie herinnering

The staff were amazing but the food was terrible

The hotel was fantastic we just couldn't fault it. It was clean the staff we're really helpful and friendly and the food was good.

The hotel is not what we would usually go for which is an all inclusive hi end couples only hotel. That being said, we were pleasantly surprised. Though our sea view room was a little smaller than expected, it was large enough for a weeks stay. The view was beautiful and the room immaculate as was the rest of the hotel.very clean. The staff were very polite and service was impressive. The shuttle bus and driver was a blessing due to the hotel location being located just outside Sorrento 8 mins in car. You could easily walk to the seafront though just 5 mins walk. Hotel was located in a party hotel and partly residential area which was quite nice really a good mix. The pool was lovely and clean and warm too. The two roof terraces were great for couples wanting a more secluded space and at night the views and ambience from there was great. Angelo the restaurant manager was very attentive and made the stay enjoyable.so many places to visit from here but if you just wanted a short wind down by the pool it’s perfect. I would have preferred a buffet type meal though as some items on menu were repetitive and not done as my wife liked but then it did steer you down an avenue you may not have taken otherwise, and I enjoyed most of what was served. Drinks were a little expensive but no more than anywhere else in the surrounding area or indeed most of the uk. I would return to what felt like a comfortable family run hotel or small chain of hotels. Very clean 🙂
