    Für die Familie und Kinder war es eine super Unterkunft. Essen war ausreichend und in großer Auswahl. Pools waren ausreichend. Tolle Strand Lage.

    Great food, service, entertainment was average, always clean, could do with a few more pools due to size and also mire sunbeds and sun umbrellas.

    We arrived early in the morning through the night and it seemed the hotel was still trying to find accommodation for us , they tried to put us all together instead of a family room and a double room, but that was not happening. There is not enough room for the amount of guests at the pool areas. There is not a selection of children menu. Staff were polite even under the pressure to keep everyone happy.

    Accommodation was good however they do not locate rooms together - my mums room was the other end of the corridor. This was also the case for families whose children’s rooms were also several rooms away so the noise in the evenings when they returned was loud as they were shouting between rooms at 11:30 at night.

    I was blown away by the accommodation/room which we were allocated on arrival. I didn’t expect the room to be so huge. We were lucky as a group of 3 to have 2 rooms in one. Lots of space and storage. Great size bathroom and balcony. We had 2 aircon systems too which was great. We were in a block away from the main hotel which was lovely and quiet. We had a river facing room which was very peaceful and lovely views. I had read a lot of negative reviews regarding the hotel and rooms before we went and I was a little apprehensive, however I was blown away with the accommodation we booked. The hotel itself was super busy and we didn’t really engage in a lot of the evening entertainment however it did look good and everyone seemed to enjoy it! The snack bars through the day at the hotel were a great hit with my teenagers. The restaurant always had a huge selection and something for everyone. The pool area was lovely, however the sun lounger situation was a bit crazy! Unfortunately I had to fall into the trap of getting up early in order to secure a longer at the pool for the day. Not ideal but it was important we could relax at the pool.
